SHIPPING POLICY

  •  Shipping is via Serbian Post Office small package with tracking number, which you will receive to your email after your order will be dispatched.

  •  Delivery usually takes: 7-12days in Europe, 10-21 days to USA, 14-24 days worldwide.

  •  Shipping in Serbia usually takes 1-2 business days 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for some reason you are not happy with your order please contact me in the next 3 days of receiving and I'm sure we will find best solution (change the item, refund). 

  • Refundable item should be without signs of use.

  • Money will be refunded after item is returned.

  • Any custom work is not returnable.

  • Money for digital PDF patterns are not refundable

  • Buyer pays for return shipping
