Varga Leather

At Varga Leather, every product is handcrafted with care from high-quality natural leather. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it in accordance with applicable EU and Serbian consumer protection laws.

Right of Withdrawal (7 Days)

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 7 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 7-day period by contacting us via email or other provided contact methods.

After notifying us, the product must be returned within 7 days.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
It must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Proof of purchase must be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund.

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Shipping costs from the original order may not be refundable unless required by law.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

In such cases, Varga Leather will provide:

a replacement product, or
a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Custom and Personalized Products

Products that are custom-made, personalized, or made specifically at the customer's request may not be eligible for withdrawal.

Natural Leather Characteristics

Our products are made from natural leather, which may include small marks, wrinkles, or variations in color. These are natural features of genuine leather and do not constitute defects.
